OXFORD, PA — A Nottingham resident is facing drug-related charges following his arrest by Oxford Police in late December, after officers found suspected controlled substances and paraphernalia during a routine well-being check.
The incident occurred on December 28, 2024, when Oxford Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Whitehall Way at 8:33 a.m. to investigate a report of a man loitering in a hallway. Officers identified the individual as Bradley Arroyo, 23, and discovered that he had an outstanding arrest warrant issued in neighboring Lancaster County.
