YORK, Pa. — The Lancaster Recreation Commission will host the 10th Annual Open Streets Lancaster block party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
Water Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between Chestnut and Conestoga streets for the duration of Saturday’s event, the Rec Commission said.
