One transported to trauma center after car collided with tree in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — One person was transported to a local trauma center Tuesday morning after a single-vehicle accident in Lancaster County.

According to the Manheim Township Fire Rescue , crews responded to the 400 block of Valley Road for a single-vehicle crash with an entrapment. It took crews 23 minutes to extract the victim.

Images from the scene show the vehicle completely smashed against a tree. Manheim Township Fire Rescue said one person was transported to a trauma center. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

The fire company has not revealed details surrounding what led up to the accident…
