Murder charges filed in missing Chester County woman’s case

Law enforcement authorities have charged a Chester County man with the murder of his long-missing wife, a Polish emigre who was last seen in 2017, according to court records.

According to a court docket from the Phoenixville District Court, Allen Gould, 60, was charged with first-degree murder, third-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, false swearing and unsworn falsification on Wednesday, and was awaiting arraignment by Magisterial District Judge James C. Kovaleski.

He is expected to be held without bail and sent to Chester County Prison after he is arraigned later this afternoon…
