YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman is facing multiple charges after reportedly taking tens of thousands in dollars from tenants in York city.
Annette Anderson, 51, according to an affidavit, began to assist her mother– who manages 23 rental properties– in 2024 by collecting rental payments from the tenants.
