EAST HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHP) — Dangerous traffic trouble in Lancaster County has neighbors living on one local road frustrated.
A viewer, who has asked to remain anonymous, contacted CBS 21 News and told us that the problem on Junction Road has existed for decades.
They said speeding cars have rushed by, repeatedly damaging their property, including personal cars, and causing them to replace 11 mailboxes, 4 pine trees, and 17 rose of Sharon shrubs…
