LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Emergency crews are on scene of an active police incident on the Susquehanna River.
Dispatch confirmed crews were called to the area of the Safe Harbor Dam in Manor Township around 3:48pm.
No injuries have been reported…
