LANCASTER, Lancaster County — A bowling alley and arcade cabinets are not the first things you expect to see when you walk into a bar, even though video games, booze, and bowling sounds like a recipe for success. But at Decades in Lancaster that is exactly what you’ll find, and now they’ve added something even sweeter.
Decades held a special preview of their new ice cream bar that will have its grand opening to the public on June 25th. The new bar expands not only the restaurant’s own unique brand of dining but its seating area as well.
Jonathan Yeager, the design and development partner for Decades, talked about why they decided to add the sweet new area saying, “Well, we’re not just a bar. We’re a retro arcade and all things retro. So the name Decades kind of gives that away. But ice cream is such a timeless thing.”…
