LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County police chief who is on administrative leave following an off-duty incident is being terminated, according to officials.
Manheim Township Police Chief Duane Fisher was given a 30-day written notice by the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners about his contract being terminated, township officials said Monday.
