Man accused of indecently assaulting women walking in downtown Lancaster

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — A man faces charges after police say he smacked a teenage girl and a woman while they were walking downtown Lancaster.

The charges filed by Lancaster City Police allege Shydon Roberts-Langhorn, 27, of Lancaster, smacked two women’s buttocks on two different dates in June.
