York County man arrested after high-speed Route 30 chase, Troopers say

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A high-speed chase on Route 30 Wednesday involved numerous PIT maneuvers, spike strips, and a State Police vehicle being rammed multiple times, court documents show.

State Police at Avondale say in the charges filed, 36-year-old Jacob Chelsen, of York, was taken into custody after he crashed a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the 2000 block of Lincoln Highway.
