Shoppers Stunned as Man Arrested for Peeking Under Stalls at Palmyra Grocery

Robert Lee Ebron Jr., 26, was taken into custody on June 30 after being caught peering under a stall in the women’s restroom at the Weis Markets on East Main Street in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. According to Fox43, officers responded to a call of a “suspicious person” at roughly 7 p.m., where surveillance video reportedly showed Ebron leaning under the partition while a customer was inside.

A press report from the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department provides further detail: upon arrival on June 22, patrol officers learned that Ebron had been observed “looking underneath the stalls in the female bathroom while a female was in a state of undress.” After reviewing the footage and noting the vehicle’s license plate, detectives identified him as a registered sex offender on Megan’s Law for a prior invasion of privacy conviction.
