YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Beech Creek-based bird sanctuary is now taking in over 40 birds from a Red Lion shop at the center of a neglect investigation in York County.
The case began when a woman entered Bird Boyz, an exotic bird store, on June 24 and alerted law enforcement that, to her knowledge, the birds were abandoned without food or water.
