Pickup truck driver skirts around road closure signs before crashing in Chester County

Officials are detailing a cautionary tale after a driver allegedly disregarded road closure signs Tuesday morning.

Keystone Valley Fire Department stated the accident happened around 10:16 a.m. on the 100 block of Octorara Road in Sadsbury Township after a pickup truck drove past road closure signs and barriers on a bridge.
