BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Several people who raced to assist a driver that flipped on the side of a Berks County road are being praised for answering the call to action.
The Frystown Fire Company posted video online that showed multiples drivers get out of their cars and run over to the flipped tractor-trailer:
