York County homeless population increases by 17%

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Homelessness continues to grow in York County.

A recent count of its homeless population identified 460 people experiencing homelessness, a 17% increase from last year. It’s the second highest count for the county within the last ten years.
