LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Pennsylvania man is accused of harassing two women when he claimed to be a park ranger and a member of ICE, who was enforcing a dog law.
The charges filed by West Lampeter Township Police show Zachary Bernhardt, 26, of Lancaster, was allegedly impersonating a park ranger and claimed to be an ICE agent during a harassment incident around noon Wednesday at 2 Exhibit Farm Drive.
When police spoke with an actual ranger, they were told about two women who reported Bernhardt had approached them, claiming to be a ranger, police said. The ranger was also able to identify Bernhardt as the suspect by looking at a photo of him that one of the women provided, police said…
