ROTHSVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) — A cyclist struck Thursday afternoon in Lancaster County has been identified, and police say he died at the hospital later that evening.
Christopher Scott Noto, 24, of Leola, was identified as the victim in the crash, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said Friday afternoon.
