LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man was riding home after visiting his two young boys when he was hit and killed by a car.
Christian Noto, 24, was struck and killed while riding his bike after visiting his girlfriend and two baby boys on July 24.
Noto’s family says he was heading down the Ephrata rail trail near Shirley Lane and Rothsville Road when he was struck by an oncoming car. Northern Lancaster County Regional Police says Noto had “entered the path” of a 2012 Ford Fusion sedan moments before the fatal crash…
