A part-time Millbourne Borough police officer was arrested Thursday after allegedly taking inappropriate photos and videos of minors at a YMCA last month.
Mark Mackrell, 52, of Coatesville, was charged with unlawful contact and photographing minors, according to the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
