Pennsylvania unveils 50 flood monitoring sites to boost safety

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency is launching 50 new monitoring system sites across the commonwealth to detect flood risks for Pennsylvania residents.
