Lancaster man accused of impersonating police officer, attempted to enforce dog law: PD

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man in Lancaster was arrested in late July after it was found that he was reportedly impersonating a police officer.

Police say two victims reported that a man later identified as Zachary Bernhardt, 26, of Lancaster, approached them at the Lancaster County Central Park and allegedly told them he was a law enforcement officer, and that he was enforcing dog laws.
