15-year-old driver cited for buggy crash that killed horse in Lancaster County: troopers

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A horse pulling a buggy was killed after its 15-year-old driver was hit by a car while trying to make a left turn, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The crash happened around 8:47 p.m. July 25 on Little Britain Road at the intersection with Ashville Road in Little Britain Township.
