LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — When her phone rang one morning in July, Lancaster County resident Destiny Walker received news that no family ever wants to hear—her little sister had been shot.
“I answered the phone, and they were just like, crying on the phone. All I heard was my little sister’s name, ‘Kelis was shot, and she’s in the ambulance,'” Destiny Walker said in an exclusive interview with CBS 21.
