DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg man is facing several charges for his alleged involvement in a shooting at “Tent City” in Dauphin County, according to Harrisburg Police.
Joshian Pacheco Ferrer, 34, is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm and reckless endangerment following a shooting on July 3.
