Man arrested, charged in connection with targeted shooting at Oxford Valley Mall

BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a targeted shooting at Oxford Valley Mall earlier this summer.

Middletown Township police say a man was waiting for a SEPTA bus outside the JCPenney around 5 p.m. on June 19 when he was approached by 33-year-old Shannon James Lewis. After a quick conversation, police say Lewis pulled out a handgun and shot the man.

The victim was later found inside the mall suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm. Police said at the time of the shooting, they believed the suspect and victim knew each other…
