PSP: $95K stolen from Kinsley Construction allegedly used for Lancaster cafe’s bills

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — The owners of a local restaurant are accused of stealing money from Kinsley Construction to pay bills for their business, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

While 44-year-old Kathryn Khuc, of Red Lion, was working for Kinsley Construction, she allegedly stole tens of thousands of dollars to make payments for her and her husband, 45-year-old Khanh Khuc’s restaurant, charging documents from State Police at York allege.

They own the Sai Gon Cafe located at 1575 Manheim Pike, the filed criminal complaint shows. In a statement posted on Facebook about a week after charges were filed, the restaurant said they are open and “fully committed” to providing for customers…
