Tensions rise as police called on union supporters at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital

LANCASTER, Pa. — Tensions flared outside Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital Tuesday evening as hospital officials called police on people rallying for improved working conditions and unionization.
