York County, PA — West York Borough Police Chief Matthew Millsaps confirmed to CBS 21 that O’Shea Copeland was killed in Friday night’s shooting on North Highland Avenue.
CBS 21’s Alex Thill went to the scene Saturday and spoke with Shyheim Moore, a friend of the victim.
“That’s one of my friends that I see every other day type stuff you know. We go to the store and stuff like that. I just feel like it’s crazy cause you can be here one day, and you just go outside and next thing you know you just don’t know what could happen,” said Moore. “He has a pretty precious little girl out here and now it’s like she fatherless and it’s just sad due to the streets and due to him not thinking.”…
