3 Lancaster County residents chosen for Pennsylvania Latino advisory commission

Three Lancaster County residents will serve as a voice for their neighbors on Latino issues through a statewide commission.

Ephrata resident Frances Martinez-Gibbons, the senior director of development for the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Pennsylvania, and Lancaster Township resident Jassinya Alvarado-Padilla, the director of educational access and opportunity for the School District of Lancaster, were tapped this week to serve as new appointees to the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs.
