Other unique burgers will include Deitsch Eck’s (Lenhartsville) The Luther (bacon cheeseburger with a glazed doughnut as the bun), Schaeffer Catering LLC’s (Fleetwood) Berks County Farmers Breakfast Burger (burger, scrapple, fried over easy egg, bacon and cheese with a maple syrup drizzle); Scout Troop 184’s (Hamburg) Dutchie Burger (Lebanon bologna, cheddar cheese and sauerkraut), Spuds Event and Catering’s (Fleetwood) Lobster Roll Burger (hand-picked lobster, citrus aioli and arugula), Brewer’s Bar & Grill’s (West Reading) sweet corn burger (topped with cheesy street corn and Tajin), RK Mobile Foods’ (Saylorsburg) Monsterella Burger (5-ounce burger, marinara sauce and bacon with two deep-fried mozzarella patties as the bun) and Uncle Paul’s Stuffed Pretzels’ (Hamburg) Grand Champion award-winning mushroom, onion, bacon cheeseburger-stuffed pretzel and Grand Champion award-winning Porky Heifer Stuffed Pretzel (cheeseburger topped with award-winning pulled pork barbecue and bacon).

Additionally, Lenhartsville’s Salem Church will serve up its Heavenly Hog Burger, a multiple-year Grand Champion burger at the festival (2014, 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2022), featuring a patty blend of beef, pork and secret seasonings, topped with provolone cheese, thinly sliced Italian sausage, homemade fresh Fuji apple slaw and light drizzle of savory citrus-chipotle sauce, and served on a brioche roll.

An All-Star Hamburger Eating Competition begins at 3:30 p.m. at the State Street Square stage. Individuals must register for a chance to win up to $350. Prizes will be awarded to first- through fourth-place finishers…
