NEW HOLLAND, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man is facing charges after a police standoff that resulted in a house fire early Tuesday morning.
According to New Holland Police, on August 29, officers responded to an incident on Spring Hollow Road, where Donald Stoner was taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats and harassment. According to court records, he was released after posting $2,500 bail.
