LANCASTER, Pa. — For many adults with disabilities, finding a job can be difficult. One Lancaster County woman is working to change that with a nonprofit coffee shop designed to serve opportunities as much as it serves coffee.
Lenea De Tore, an Elizabethtown College graduate and occupational therapist, is the founder of The Caring Cup. The shop will be run by adults with disabilities, creating both employment and a sense of community.
