Pesticides leave owl distressed in Lancaster County, rescuers say

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Pesticides left a great horned owl in a precarious situation Monday in Lancaster County, rescuers said.

Raven Ridge Wildlife Center said it responded to a call Labor Day morning for a distressed owl in Silver Mine Park. Rescuers reached out to the Pennsylvania Game Commission for assistance.
