LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Lancaster are searching for a man who they say has reportedly been exposing himself to victims since 2021.
Most recently, officials said they received a report of the man exposing himself to a woman on September 5 in the area of Buchanan Ave and N West End Ave, and that this may be connected to previous incidents in the northwest part of the city and throughout Manheim Township.
