LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster man faces charges after he reportedly stole a vehicle and engaged in a high-speed police chase over the weekend, according to police.
According to court documents, Jordan Volker, 22, was charged with three counts of fleeing or attempting to elude officers, theft by unlawful taking, loitering and prowling at night time, six counts of failure to stop at a red signal, receiving stolen property and reckless driving.
