York man pleads guilty to leaving threatening voicemails to member of congress: DOJ

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County man has pleaded guilty to charges that he left threatening messages for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, according to court documents.

The Department of Justice said Troy Lamont Rishell, 48, of York reportedly left a series of voicemails with the District Office of a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives between February and May 2025.
