CHRISTIANA, Pa. — A Lancaster County man accused of endangering his neighbor’s home when he intentionally set his own house on fire will have his case proceed to county court after waiving his preliminary hearing earlier this month, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
Joseph Frank Roda, 55, of Christiana, waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Raymond Sheller on Sept. 3, according to prosecutors. He is charged with a single count of reckless burning.
