YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County man is facing charges after allegedly calling in threats to an employee at an elementary school, according to Newberry Township Police.
Police first received reports of a threat at a Newberry Township elementary school around 11:20a.m. Officials say the threat was made over the phone by a parent directed toward an employee of the school.
Officers then responded to school grounds and determined that Robert Baley, 43 of Dover, was the person of interest involved in the case. A warrant was then obtained for Baley, leading to his arrest hours later…
