LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Fulton Township man charged with DUI after driving his car into a tree and severely injuring a juvenile will now have his case moved to county court, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
Jere Mendenhall III, 20, is facing charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, DUI, furnishing alcohol to a minor and summary traffic offenses following a crash on Aug. 31.
