Gunman apologizes, confesses to shooting estranged family members: Lancaster County DA

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A double homicide investigation is underway after a Lancaster County man allegedly killed his estranged wife and sister-in law, and seriously wounded his son after a weekend argument.

Santiago Payano-Sanchez, 63, reportedly opened fire on the victims while a two-year-old and seven-year-old were inside the home.
