MORGANTOWN, PA — A routine traffic stop in Caernarvon Township has led to the arrest of a 70-year-old man after police say the vehicle he was driving was reported stolen earlier this year.
According to the Caernarvon Township Police Department, the incident occurred on October 2, 2025, at approximately 7:45 p.m., when officers conducted a traffic stop on a red 2018 Honda CRV traveling along B Avenue near Crossings Boulevard in Berks County.
Police said the vehicle’s registration was found to belong to a 1995 Lincoln, not a Honda CRV. The driver, identified as Edwin Pagan, was reportedly unable to provide valid vehicle documentation.
