YORK, Pa. — On Wednesday, York City Police addressed ongoing incidents “involving a specific group of disorderly juveniles.”
Commissioner Michael Muldrow said the incidents have occurred over the span of a week throughout the city’s Rockdale neighborhood and southeast area, as well as in West Manchester and Springettsbury townships and areas covered by Northern York County Regional Police.
