Two Berks women charged in Monroe County voter registration fraud probe

STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Authorities in Monroe County have charged three individuals, with charges pending for a fourth, following a year-long investigation into the filing of fraudulent voter registration and mail-in ballot applications.

The investigation began last year after suspicious applications were flagged by the Monroe County Voter Registration Office and referred to District Attorney Mike Mancuso’s office.

County investigators, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (OAG,) shared information and documentation.
