LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man has been sentenced up to 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing an illegal stolen gun and dealing synthetic drugs, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
Anthony Diaz, 31, pleaded guilty in July to the following charges:
- Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance
- Person not to possess a firearm
- Possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer number
- Receiving stolen property
- Use/possession of drug paraphernalia
Investigators say that Diaz was found hoarding the altered gun, ammunition and synthetic opioids at his home in January 2024.
