A tragic fire claimed the life of a 15-year-old girl early Saturday morning (November 1) at the Roamers Retreat Campground in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the fire started around 4 a.m., fully engulfing the camper located on Lincoln Highway.
Multiple fire companies responded to the scene and managed to extinguish the flames. However, upon entering the burned camper, they discovered the body of the teenage girl inside. The identity of the victim has not been released.
