BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police say an Everett man is accused of invading the privacy of a male coworker after he allegedly filmed him inside the bathroom at the Snake Spring Township McDonald’s.
Troopers say 27-year-old Payton Daugherty allegedly followed the victim into the bathroom, on October 9th, and proceeded to spy on him with his phone.
According to the affidavit, police say they reviewed cellphone video, taken by the victim, which reportedly showed Daugherty pointing his phone underneath the stall, while the victim was using the toilet…
