DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– The leader of an alleged Central Pennsylvania-based vehicle title-washing scheme was arrested in Mexico after being on the run for three months.
According to Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday, the criminal organization profited more than $1 million selling high-end vehicles, stolen in Florida.
Anthony E. Troncoso, 44, was located and arrested in Mexico City alongside co-conspirator Pablo Correa, 40. Both suspects were arraigned in Dauphin County, and a preliminary hearing was set for November 18, AG Sunday said…
