Lancaster County contractor allegedly stole money after not completing home renovations

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Lancaster County contractor allegedly stole tens of thousands of dollars from a victim after police said he never finished working on their home.

According to the Manheim Township Police Department, Joseph Negron-Medina, 37, of Lancaster, was charged after allegedly stealing $15,000, which was given to him as an initial payment for a series of home improvement renovations.
