An armed man allegedly assaulted a woman, stole her SUV and later crashed the vehicle in Dauphin County during a police pursuit on Thursday, Nov. 6, according to York City Police and Lower Allen Township Police.
The victim suffered injuries, including a broken orbital bone, during the carjacking and received treatment at WellSpan York Hospital, according to a criminal complaint.
York City Police filed charges against Terric M. Seay, 23, of the Harrisburg area.
